Project Management

I manage every project from from start to finish, including pre-construction planning, drawing foundation and framing details to include in the plan set, preparing the grading plan, communicating with the client, scheduling, being on site every day during the initial structural phases of the project, and inspecting completed work.  Many clients have said that they chose to work with me because they would be working directly with me rather than going to a larger firm and not knowing who they would be working with.

The financials are managed by a trusted CPA firm, so you can expect monthly reconciliation reports, access to a spreadsheet itemizing each expense, as well as the assurance that the expenditures pass through a certified public accountant.  The client has online access to the bank statement at all times.
