With Ussery Construction, every project is managed by a licensed general contractor with more than 30 years of professional project management experience. The general contractor is on-site nearly every day supervising the work of subcontractors such as electricians, plumbers, and framing crews. When not on-site, that same general contractor is managing the project's budget, schedule, and material orders as well as communicating with the you about the progress and next steps.

 

As the owner of the house being built by Ussery Construction, you'll be included in decision making throughout all phases of construction. Your project manager will let you know what items like flooring, paint, and windows you need to select and when you need to have those items chosen. That may sound a bit daunting, but your project manager will provide you with advice and resources to help make the process easy and keep your project on schedule.
