I manage every project from start to finish, including pre-construction planning, drawing foundation and framing details to include in the plan set, preparing the grading plan, communicating with the client, scheduling, being on site every day during the initial structural phases of the project, and inspecting completed work.
Many clients have said that they chose to work with me because they knew they would be working directly with me rather than going to a larger firm and not knowing who would actually be managing their project.
Project Financials
The financials are managed by a trusted CPA firm, so clients receive monthly reconciliation reports and access to a spreadsheet itemizing each expense, with the assurance that expenditures pass through a certified public accountant.
The client also has online access to the bank statement at all times.
