Good Morning Team!

So begins an email from Lindsay.  Our team includes Lindsay Wright of Loblolly Designs, whose focus is initially on the house plan, and then as the project proceeds, she continues working with the client on selections, the interior design set, and project management of the design process.  My focus is on pre-construction planning, optimally siting the house on the lot, estimating the cost to build, the foundation and structure of the home, communicating with the client, scheduling and supervising the build, and everything else.  We loop in trade partners who are involved in specific phases of construction.  The most important member of the team is the client, who is at the center of the process. Together we work with the client with the goal of ensuring that the design elements fulfill the client's vision, that the construction quality is excellent and exceeds the client's expectations, and that we deliver on time and within budget.​

 

​We communicate constantly.  I am almost always available, day or night, seven days a week, and happy to talk or correspond via text or email, plus we have video calls and walk-throughs as needed.
