Good Morning Team!

That’s how an email from Lindsay Wright of Loblolly Designs often begins.

Lindsay, our preferred design partner, focuses on the house plan, selections, interior design, and design coordination as the project develops.

My focus is on the construction side of the home, including pre-construction planning, how the house sits on the property, estimating, permitting, scheduling, field supervision, project management, and final completion.

Throughout construction, we also work with experienced trade partners who are involved in the different phases of the build. Most importantly, the homeowner remains at the center of the process.

We communicate frequently throughout the project so questions can be answered, decisions can be made, and everyone stays aligned as the home moves from planning through construction.
