Design

Most clients do not have a house plan when we begin to work together.  And if they do, it invariably needs extensive work -- to get to their vision.  I partner with Lindsay Wright of Loblolly Designs on design, from the initial design meeting through the completion of the project.  Loblolly Designs website, https://www.loblollydesigns.com/,  includes a description of the scope of services.  Lindsay has worked on a wide range of projects from homes in the Yellowstone Club in Montana to designing the interior of vintage campers.

Some of these services are included in the pre-construction process, initial consultation, conceptual design, documentation and specifications, while follow on services include finalizing the plan, preparing the interior design plan set, working with the client on selections and preparing the interior and exterior design boards, then communicating with the client frequently through the build and managing the design elements.
