DESIGN SERVICES

Most clients do not have a house plan when we begin working together. And if they do, it invariably needs extensive work to get to their vision.

I partner with Lindsay Wright of Loblolly Designs on design, from the initial design meeting through completion of the project.

Lindsay has worked on a wide range of projects, from homes in the Yellowstone Club in Montana to designing the interiors of vintage campers.

Pre-Construction Design

Some of these services are included in the pre-construction process, including the initial consultation, conceptual design, documentation, and specifications.

Plan Development & Selections

Follow-on services include finalizing the plan, preparing the interior design plan set, working with the client on selections, and preparing the interior and exterior design boards.

Design Through Construction

Lindsay continues communicating with the client frequently throughout the build and managing the design elements as the project progresses.
