A More Personal Approach
Custom Homes in Western North Carolina

Ussery Construction builds custom homes throughout Western North Carolina, with direct involvement from Mick Ussery from planning through completion.

Recent Ussery homes have generally ranged from approximately $300–$400 per heated square foot, depending on the home, site conditions, selections, and scope. Most recent projects have landed around $1.1–$1.3 million, with homes typically between 2,500 and 5,000 heated square feet.

That figure generally includes permitting, initial clearing, well and septic where needed, construction, driveways and sidewalks, and preparing the site for landscaping.

Most homes are completed in approximately 12–18 months from initial clearing through move-in.

Every home is different, and every property has its own challenges and opportunities. Our process is designed around your land, your vision, and a clear, well-managed build from start to finish.

Talk with other builders. Look closely at the work. Compare the process, timeline and cost. Then see how we stack up.
